We are trading as usual during the Worldwide COVID-19 health crisis.
Shipping is improving as restrictions are gradualy eased both in Australia and Worlwide.
Australian customers may experience some delays with Australia Post Parcel Post, although times have improved back to almost normal delivery timeframes. We recommend choosing Australia Post Express or Direct Freight Express as your shipping method to reduce shipping time if your order is of a more urgent nature.
USA customers ordering DamIt will experience delivery times of at least 2 weeks.
All other products to the USA may experience significant delays of 6 weeks or more.
All other international customers may experience significant delays of 6 weeks or more.
Please contact us before purchase to check of any restrictions or delays to your specific country.
We will provide you with a tracking number so you can easily check the progress of your shipment.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world using Air or Sea Mail and for some countries we also have an Express Courier option. Note that there are restrictions on some products, as they cannot be shipped to international destinations due to flammable or dangerous product restrictions imposed by the transport companies.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
We can provide a quote for international shipping if large quantities are required, simply go to the 'Contact Us' page and send us your request along with your address. Our staff will get back to you via email during our business hours.
As customs regulations vary widely from country to country we cannot advise if any additional local charges may be levied on the import of our products. Prices shown in our website are based on a CIF basis (ie costs, insurance and freight) - not DDP (delivered duty paid). We do our best to minimize the risk of these charges but we cannot be held responsible for local charges or delays as a result of local laws and regulation in your country. Some countries may hold goods in customs until all local charges are paid.
Freight charges can change due to policy or rate changes by our carriers at short notice, and on occasion, errors in quoting by our shipping system. Where an order has been placed on our website and payment made we reserve the right to amend freight charges to reflect actual shipping costs on your order. While rare this can occur from time to time, especially with remote zone surcharges which are not always identified at the time of quoting. Where there is a material difference between the actual and estimated shipping charges shown in our store we will contact you to advise of these additional charges and offer the following:
- A full refund if payment has been made or
- Request an additional payment to make up the difference between actual shipping cost on your order and estimated charges shown in our store or
- The option to amend your order including qty, size or products
Note for International Payments
Our website can display prices in some foreign currencies, but note that all payments are processed in Australian Dollars.
If you have difficulty processing a payment it may be your card is blocked for international transactions. We suggest you contact your bank or you may be able to process your payment via PayPal who will bill your card in your local currency and send to us in $AUD.
Note for International Shipments
We offer different levels of service when shipping internationally. Where the shipping is advised as no tracking, please be aware that once your order has shipped, we will not be able to advise exact delivery times. Please choose shipping with tracking should you require this level of service.
Whilst we clearly mark your package when dispatching internationally, some customs controls my require your parcel to be checked. This may delay the delivery of your order. Unfortunately these delays are outside our control.
