Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item please email us before returning to obtain a return authority number - do not return any items without an authority as they cannot be processed by our warehouse. You should email us using the contact us page on our website with your details eg (name, address, phone, item purchased and reason for return).We will provide a return address and return authority so you can return the goods. A refund will normally be processed within 3 working days of us receiving the goods in our warehouse.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If the return is due to change of mind or other reason we will deduct actual shipping costs incurred (both shipping costs to send to you, and costs for the return where we provide return shipping labels) from the return. Note that any items shipped as 'free shipping' do incur charges and the actual costs will be deducted from the amount refunded. As many items returned are not in a suitable condition for resale we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking/re-packing fee to cover our costs in checking, repacking and re-labelling the item ready for resale.

Note - we do our best to dispatch your order to our couriers within 24 hours of receiving the order. Delays in the delivery of your item are outside our control and while our couriers provide delivery estimates they will not accept claims for any delays incurred.  As a result we cannot refund shipping costs where your delivery does not arrive on time.
